More than a set of wheels.
Fiat announced the renewed Strada 2009 line in August 2008. The Adventure extended cab gained the low-speed Locker/ELD front-differential lock. It remained a front-drive 4×2 pickup; the system only helped the front wheel with grip keep pulling when the other front wheel spun.
Look a little closer.
Locker helps both front half-shafts contribute at low speed, but the rear wheels remain undriven: this is still a 4×2 pickup.

Locker is a traction aid, not four-wheel drive
ELD suppresses normal differential action across the two front half-shafts so the front wheel with grip can contribute instead of leaving all useful effort at a spinning wheel. The rear axle is still undriven, which is why Fiat described the pickup as 4×2.

Fiat dated the release 13 August 2008 but repeatedly called the renewed truck Strada 2009. '2009 line, launched in August 2008' prevents readers from confusing it with the preceding body or treating launch date as model year.
