Xiaomi SU7 Max
Xiaomi's first car connected phone-company thinking to a very fast electric sedan. The Max used one motor at each axle, a 101 kWh battery and an 800-volt-class system to combine sports-car acceleration with a long official Chinese test range.

More than a set of wheels.
Xiaomi revealed the SU7 family in December 2023 and announced prices on March 28, 2024. The Max launched at RMB 299,900 and deliveries began in April. It was the strongest original SU7, combining 495 kW, air suspension, Brembo front brakes and the company's HyperOS cabin in a five-meter fastback sedan.
Look a little closer.
Its center screen runs Xiaomi HyperOS, letting the car share parts of Xiaomi's phone-and-smart-home ecosystem instead of behaving like an isolated gadget.

Two different kinds of motor
The Max pairs an induction motor at the front with a permanent-magnet synchronous motor at the rear. Xiaomi's table assigns 220 kW to the front motor and 275 kW to the rear. Together they produce the quoted 495 kW and 838 N·m, turning all four wheels without a propeller shaft joining the axles.

Xiaomi quotes 2.78 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h, 265 km/h top speed, 33.3 meters from 100 to 0 km/h and a 19-minute 10–80% fast-charge time. These are manufacturer results under stated launch conditions, so the profile labels them as claims rather than promising every road, tire, temperature and charger will reproduce them.

The SU7's 16.1-inch center display, Snapdragon 8295 cabin chip and HyperOS software were designed to connect car controls, phones and compatible home devices. That software story mattered to Xiaomi's first car, but it did not replace the mechanical basics: double-wishbone front suspension, five-link rear suspension and large ventilated disc brakes.
